From the very beginning, our platform was built to scale to millions of customers...and we're well on our way there! Our website runs in the Amazon Cloud, the most reliable and scalable platform available. Our website runs on multiple "availability zones" (one in Virginia, the other in California), meaning if an entire data center failed, the other data center would handle 100% of traffic.

Security

Our entire network of computers and databases is secured behind a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) with several layers of firewalls. We secure all website communication with SSL Certificates which encrypt all traffic. Our system is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant, meaning we follow industry best practices and rules to protect all sensitive data.

Manageability

We have employed several systems to monitor our website. Any alerts or errors are sent to our support team in real-time and responded to immediately.
